Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn Heelys back in their original shoe box, ensuring all wheels and tools are included, and secure the box inside a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then wait for your refund to be processed once we receive the shipment.
